How do I apply?

You can apply in person at our office (please see map and address at our Contacts page) or electronically online through this website here.

What are the procedure when I apply?

When applying online:   

  1. Fill up the application form that can be found here and attach your up to date detailed resume with picture.
  2. Your application will be reviewed by our recruitment officers and will contact your within 2 working days.
  3. If you are called to visit the office, refer to the instruction below. 

 When applying to our office:  

  1. Fill up application form (fill out complete and correct)
  2. Submit application form to the receptionist
  3. Submit requirements together with the accomplished application form (refer to standard requirements below)
  4. The receptionist will then forward your application to the respective recruitment officer in charge of the position and will conduct the initial interview.
  5. After the initial interview, the recruiting officer will endorse you to the Marketing Manager for the preliminary screening.
  6. If applicant pass the preliminary screening, he/she will be endorsed to the client/employer for final decision or interview.

If I apply in person, what documents should I bring with me?

Please bring the following with you,

  1. Comprehensive resume with detailed description (original)
  2. Certification of Employment (present/previous) (originals and photocopies)
  3. College/High School Diploma
  4. Transcript of Records
  5. Trainings/Seminars Certificate
  6. Passport
  7. NBI Clearance (if available)

 Although, some positions needs additional requirements. Refer to the job opening section in order to get this.

Do we need to submit original documents?

No, but please bring them with you for verification purposes

I want to work in a particular preferred country only, is that ok?

Absolutely, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests to work in a specific preferred country.

How long will it take before I am deployed?

There's no simple answer and this is usually a case to case situation depending on a number of factors such as the visa requirements and processing time of the host country.
